The processing of the salad comes with controlled temperatures without ever interrupting the cold chain as well as the working area are separated so to avoid contamination.
Scrupulous chemical and microbiological analysis of the soil and water irrigation, of the product and the harvesting machines, on the rinsing systems and the storage, guaranteeing a constant control of the quality of the salad. The absence of foreign bodies is guaranteed both by the visual control of the horticultural operators and of the sophisticated optical systems.
The closed supply chain guarantees the accurate inspection and the traceability of every batch and every phase of the productive cycle respecting the rigid criteria of food health.
The horticulture Guidolini has available 2 rinsing lines and 2 lines of packaging “first quality”.
